↘ Residential Display Home Morayfield

The Malia 52 is a bold Mediterranean-inspired display home in Morayfield, Brisbane, shaped around warmth, wellness and relaxed Queensland living. Soft rendered curves, arched openings, natural stone and muted salmon tones give the exterior a sculptural presence that feels both playful and refined. A defining feature is the custom balustrading, with its repeating elongated arch motif bringing rhythm, detail and a sense of lightness to the upper balcony. Inside, curved forms, layered textures, generous living spaces and abundant natural light continue the resort-like atmosphere. The centrepiece is Australia’s first sauna to be incorporated into a display-home ensuite, transforming the private retreat into a genuine wellness experience. Malia 52 presents a fresh direction for contemporary display-home design—expressive, highly considered and grounded in everyday liveability.
