Process
↘ Formspace Building Design offers a full-service building design process, from the first concept and 3D visualisation through to detailed construction and working documentation.
You’ll work directly with me throughout the project, with the design developed collaboratively and decisions managed through clear, structured revision stages. I can also assist with the broader approval pathway, including coordination with building certifiers, town planners, engineers, access consultants and other specialist consultants where required.
Once the documentation is complete, I’m happy to work with your chosen builder, answer design and documentation queries during construction, and help keep the original design intent intact.
The first step is simply to get in touch and tell me about your project — the site, what you’re hoping to achieve, your budget and where you’re currently at. From there, I can guide you through the process from idea to construction.
