↘ Residential Split Level Bilambil Heights

Set high in Bilambil Heights, this split-level home was shaped around the challenge and opportunity of a steep northern NSW block. Rather than fighting the land, the building steps naturally with the terrain, lifting the living spaces toward the surrounding views while creating a strong, layered street presence. The design brings a playful Art Deco influence through crisp horizontal lines, circular detailing, a bold pink entry and a relaxed Palm Springs-inspired colour palette. Sculptural palms, cacti, stone and a cheeky flamingo ornament add a little fun, while the surrounding eucalyptus trees and Australian bush keep the home grounded within its setting. Expressive, nostalgic and full of personality—a home that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
