↘ NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation Port Macquarie

This Fully Accessible Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home in Thrumster, Port Macquarie has been designed to combine everyday accessibility with the character and comfort of a contemporary residential home. The design prioritises clear circulation, step-free access, generous internal spaces and practical accessibility, while maintaining a strong street presence through warm brickwork, dark contemporary cladding, large areas of glazing and carefully considered landscaping. Rather than allowing accessibility requirements to define the appearance of the home, the focus has been on creating a place that feels welcoming, private and genuinely residential — supporting independence, ease of movement and day-to-day living without compromising on design.
