↘ Residential Knockdown Rebuild Burleigh Waters

Designed as a complete reimagining of its Burleigh site, this knockdown rebuild brings a bold Spanish-Mediterranean character to the Gold Coast. Sculptural curves, deep archways and monolithic rendered forms create a sense of permanence, while natural stone, cacti and layered coastal planting soften the home within its subtropical setting. Champagne-gold window frames introduce an unexpected warmth, drawing inspiration from the expressive glamour of 1980s design without feeling nostalgic. Sunlight catches the metallic detailing and moves through the recessed openings, accentuating texture, depth and shadow across the façade. The result is a confident coastal home that feels both timeless and individual—Mediterranean in spirit, yet unmistakably Burleigh.
