↘ Residential Display Home Hotondo Homes

Designed for Hotondo Homes Corporate in Victoria, this two-storey Gold Coast display home reinterprets Mediterranean architecture for a contemporary Queensland lifestyle. Soft curves, arched forms, textured stone, warm neutral finishes and layered screening give the façade a distinctly Mediterranean character, while responding to the light, climate and relaxed coastal identity of the Gold Coast. The design brings together European influence and modern Australian living to create a refined, memorable display home with a strong street presence.
