↘ Residential Display Home Southport

A contemporary Mediterranean display home designed for Southport on the Gold Coast, this residence brings together soft sculptural forms, warm textured finishes and a distinctly coastal character. Rounded corners, arched openings, natural stonework and layered landscaping give the home a relaxed European influence, while gold window frames introduce a refined contemporary edge. The design balances bold street presence with a sense of calm and simplicity, using deep reveals, curved forms and strong material texture to create depth throughout the façade. Set within an urban Southport context, the home is intended to feel both aspirational and highly liveable — a modern interpretation of Mediterranean design suited to the subtropical Gold Coast climate.
